  I wish I could select a negative STAR!!!!!! I just had the most unpleasant, distasteful experience at this Walmart!!!!! Donna, Jeffery and Billy could not have made my day any worse. I walked in the store and selected several items for dinner tonight. While in the personal check out line, I'm approached by a clerk in a wheel chair that request for me to show my identification due to another lady across the way purchasing alcohol!!!!! Wait!!!! What??!!!! I have absolutely nothing to do with what another person is purchasing!!!!!! At this moment, I'm totally upset that while I am out of town, HOURS away from home, here for a NATIONAL tournament I'm treated like the scum of the earth. I'm surrounded by the two managers and the other clerk. I am literally experiencing anxiety right now! This was obviously a racist moment in the STATE Of FLORIDA!!!!! The other customer purchased, well WAS purchasing alcohol and now I'm held accountable for her purchase!!????? I asked several times for their "policy" that they kept referring to and they could not produce it!!!!! I know this is a NOT FAULT state, BUT SOMEONE SHOULD be held ACCOUNTS for this horrific experience!!!!! Customer Service DEFINITELY failed!!!!! I'm confused and am in need of immediate psychological counseling. I'm traumatized. I hope that the national competition that has brought thousands of money to this state relocates for the rest of years to come. I would hope that victimization due to the color of my skin would not be tolerated!!!!!!

  My husband and I live behind this walmart. We used to walk to this store sometimes during the day for exercise. Sometimes, we bought lunch. This day, my husband decided to get some beer for dinner. I am 38 and he is 48. We get to the checkout and the mentally disabled cashier asked to see our ID. Going for a walk, I don't bring a purse. So even though my husband showed his I'D, the retarded cashier wouldn't sell it to us. Being well over legal age, one would think the cashier could tell our age. We are all for giving jobs to the disabled, the store is full of them. But it seems Walmart would use someone with above an 80 IQ for cashier. Glad the Publix is going in down the street.
